Leah Warren PA-C, MMS, MPT
Leah is the Owner and Founder of Sweet Dreams Newborn Care, LLC. After the birth of her third child, Leah had difficulty finding reliable, qualified providers to help care for her colicky child at night. With a background in healthcare as both a physician assistant and a physical therapist, she combined this passion for taking care of others during a difficult time, and her passion for nurturing families. Leah set out to find the most qualified nurses and nannies to help bring the gift of sleep to other families of newborns in the Charlotte, NC area.
Leah graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Saint Louis University. Her degrees include a Master’s in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. She works part-time as a neurosurgical physician assistant and spends the rest of her time with her husband and children ages 5, 3, and 8 months. They love to play outside and spend as much time as possible at the beach!
Elizabeth Koster RN, CBC
Elizabeth is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and lives in Charlotte, NC. She has 4 years of experience working as a labor and delivery RN at Carolinas Medical Center and serves on the Lactation Advisory Committee for the hospital. In addition, Elizabeth also holds a certification in Biblical Counseling and has over 10 years of experience in individual and marital counseling in the Charlotte area. Elizabeth has two children, ages 20 and 17, and enjoys helping new families with their precious newborns!
Andrea Kapfer RN
Andrea is a native of Switzerland who lives in Charlotte, NC. She has 14 years of experience working as a labor and delivery RN at Carolinas Medical Center. Her many years of experience bring a relaxed level of expertise regarding newborns and the post-partum period for mothers. She has two teenage children and enjoys travel.
Allison Rabon
Allison is a Fort Mill, SC native who lives in Charlotte, NC. She graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. However, those who know her know that her passion is childcare. She has more than 10 years of childcare experience with a focus on infants. As a triplet herself, Allison is very comfortable with multiples, and excels with our parents of twins due to her nurturing and hard-working personality. She has worked with infants with colic, autism, Down Syndrome, cranial banding, acid reflux. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with friends and outdoor activities.
Emily Heid
Emily was born and raised in the Fort Mill, SC area. The daughter of a child development center director, she literally grew up taking care of infants. She studied early childhood development and early childhood care at York Technical College. She is wise beyond her years and has an amazing instinct with infants. She has more than 12 years of experience with newborns including twins and even triplets. Emily is very active, loves the outdoors including bicycling and basketball. When she isn’t working or riding, you can find her shopping or at Starbucks!
